Basically i am an optimistic person and Psychology is my cup of tea and management is my art. Even though i am a techie at graduation, my interest in the field of human resource management made me to pursue my masters in business administration. Upon not satisfying the hunger over analyzing people and their behaviour, i made psyhcology as my cup of tea.
I am a HR professional with a quarter decade of experience working with employee base across various geographies being a part of same company. Two years of my tenure is only spent in playing multi-faceted roles in the field of Human Resources Management including HR Generalist, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition and Global HR Shared Services with an experience in working with BPO's and IT clients/projects, I have gained significant competence in understanding and managing the workforce dynamics and deriving business results.
